Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Croatia, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

16. Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Croatian arbitration law, except where prohibited by law.

The arbitration will be conducted in Croatia, in the Croatian language. Each party will bear its own costs and expenses, and the parties will share equally the costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

17. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Services, and any service or material we provide via the Services, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Services is unavailable at any time or for any period.
